Expanding Support for Schools with New Recruitment & Search Partnership
Marketing Advisers (MA) for Schools is delighted to announce the expansion of its services through the launch of a new Recruitment & Search Service, developed in partnership with Shared Ambition, to help schools attract, recruit and retain outstanding marketing, admissions and communications professionals.
Since 2020, MA for Schools has supported schools across the UK with marketing, communications and admissions advice, alongside its Digital Empowerment Solution (DES) platform. Through this work, the team has developed a strong understanding of the challenges schools face, including the growing need to recruit ambitious and talented professionals with the right skills, experience and sector understanding.
As both independent and academy schools continue to face increasing competition and pressure on internal resources, securing the right people has never been more important.
